What To Expect On Your Move
We know you have a lot of questions about your temporary relocation. Our job is to help you through the entire process, and take the stress away from packing and moving. In the beginning, we will meet with you to discuss your needs during the move, from the logistics of packing your apartment to finding the perfect temporary lodging during your relocation.
Our office team can customize a specific plan to keep you comfortable, and to keep your possessions safe. We have experience with a variety of housing situations, hard-to-pack items, pets, mobility challenges, and health issues. Let Peregrine Relocations do the heavy lifting!
Overview of the Relocation Process
Initial Interview: one month prior to your move, we will meet with you to discuss and document your needs & preferences (see details later on this page!).
Advance of Pack Interview: 1-2 weeks prior to your move, we will go over details of your relocation plan.
Packing Day: the day before your move, our packers will knock on your door, ready with supplies to pack your items for storage and your temporary relocation. This will be scheduled with you in advance.
Moving Day: The day following Packing Day. Packers and movers coordinate to send your boxes to storage, and whisk you off to your home away from home.
During Relocation: We will arrange for regular check-ins. Call us if you need anything.
Moving Home: packers will assist you in packing up your temporary lodgings, and our movers will bring your things home. The packers will help put your things back where you want them. The office team will arrange transportation for you if needed.
End of Construction Party: Everyone is invited to celebrate the completed relocation!
