Renovation of Westmoreland’s Union Manor required temporary relocation of tenants in 300 units of subsidized housing for the elderly. This project fell under the Uniform Relocation Act and was the first official project for Peregrine Relocations. A limited number of units in the building were available as temporary housing, so Peregrine Relocations also utilized rented offsite market rate apartments, hotels, and tenant friend and family hosting, to comfortably accommodate tenants during the project.
