Peregrine Relocations managed tenant relocations at 1200 Building Apartments, an affordable housing building for seniors and people with disabilities. Peregrine handled compliant housing transitions for all tenants. The entire 2nd floor of the building provided housing for tenants requiring assisted living, with a 24/7 nurse onsite. Those units were renovated to be ADA compliant housing. Peregrine relocated tenants following two concurrent but different schedules, relocating the 2nd floor tenants one unit at a time, and the rest of the building one floor at a time.
