Temporary and Permanent Relocation

Some apartment upgrades, such as improved accessibility, may require a tenant to move out for a short amount of time, anywhere from a few days to a few months. Tear-down and construction of a new building may require the residents to permanently relocate. We can source housing that’s appropriate to the situation, whether it’s hotel stays or apartment rentals.

Our in-house team of professional packers makes sure the tenants, their pets, and their belongings are all treated with care and respect. Temporary relocation services is exactly that: temporary. The goal is always for a smooth transition with happy tenants and successful renovations.
